Can I sponsor multiple events? expand_more
Absolutely! Each sponsorship is per-event. You can purchase sponsorships for as many upcoming events as you'd like. Contact us for multi-event package discounts.
When do I need to submit my logo? expand_more
We recommend submitting your logo at least 7 days before the event for print materials. Digital placements can be updated up to 48 hours before. You'll receive an email with upload instructions after purchase.
What if the event is cancelled? expand_more
If an event is cancelled by San Diego Elites, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future event — your choice. Cancellations by the sponsor are subject to our refund policy.
How do booths and display spaces work? expand_more
Booth sponsors get a designated space with a 6' table and two chairs. Setup begins 1 hour before the event. You can bring banners, product samples, marketing materials — whatever represents your brand best.
